Criminal Law Areas of Practice

A crime is wrongful conduct defined by law as being punishable by imprisonment, a fine, or other penalty. Felonies are the more serious crimes, generally those involving physical force (such as homicide, kidnapping, and robbery), which may be punished by over a year of imprisonment or even death.

Immigration Law Areas of Practice

Immigration law is, to the say the least, a complicated area, requiring navigation of the enormous U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") bureaucracy. Sports & Entertainment Law
